Artists Retreat at Wester Lix
Wester lix is an idea venue for individuals and small groups of artists to hide away and allow your creativity to really flow. We are set in an idyllic remote and tranquil location on the edge of a vast area of woodlands that is occupied by far more wildlife than humans.
We offer various packages to suit individual needs, including :
* Use of our small log cabin studio for all indoor art disciplines including sculpture, painting and life drawing.
* Private and secluded use of our 30 sq m Conservatory for a range of artists activities for a half day to a full week. (Subject to availability with our own usage and exhibitions)
* Use of the private grounds for Painting, Drawing and Sculpture. We offer some very private areas with exclusive use, Lochan, burn, open and woodland outdoor settings.
* Accommodation in 1 or both of our well appointed and comfortable self catering cottages.
Hire is subject to availability and ranges from a single day to as long as we can accommodate.
